Once we’ve discussed your requirements, we’ll work with you to find you your ideal home. This involves registering your details on our database and keeping you informed of new properties as they come to market, and any suitable properties we may be advertising discreetly, and regular contact to help your search.
Our viewings are carried out by knowledgeable, full time estate agents. The person who values the house conducts the majority of viewings, meaning they have an in depth understanding of the house, its location and other relevant details. Discussing your requirements early on ensures we can show you homes most suitable to your needs, preferences and taste, shortening your search and ensuring we aren’t wasting your time with unsuitable properties.
Once you’ve found your new home, it’s time to place your offer! We ask you to make an offer both verbally and in writing (email is preferable), setting out your current position, mortgage requirements and preferred timescales.
Assuming negotiations come to a satisfactory conclusion, we don’t stop there. Our sales progression team works with you to manage the process once a sale has been agreed, helping to ensure the sale is as stress free as possible.
