We will market your property to the world within just a few hours. This will include the leading property portals Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as our own website.

We work in partnership with Green Door, a specialist property management company.

  • Halliwell Marks provides clients with a market appraisal for rental value, extensive and efficient marketing, viewings, and negotiation of the rental agreement with the tenant. We personally attend all viewings, and work very hard to find the right tenants for you. Our motto is “we will only let your home to someone we would let our own homes to”.
  • To ensure we have done all we can to get the right tenant, we personally manage the full referencing process.
  • Once a tenant has been found, Rushbrook and Rathbone will draw up tenancy agreements appropriate for your let and provide administration and ongoing management (if applicable).
